Printing technologies

Technologies

Our own printing and finishing machine park covers both offset and digital sides. The right technology is determined by a combination of quantity, size, material and deadline.

Offset printing

B/3 – B/2 – A/0 Heidelberg presses for high volumes.

High-volume commercial printing with outstanding quality. Classic offset still offers the best quality-to-price ratio for larger runs — posters, flyers, catalogues and business stationery.

Digital flatbed printing

HP FB750 — up to 2.5 × 3 m and 6.4 cm material thickness.

Direct printing onto any flat substrate: cardboard, PVC, foamex, acrylic, glass or wood. Ideal for custom exhibition panels, stands and counter displays.

Roll-to-roll Digital printing

Small and medium runs, fast turnaround, variable data.

Water-based D*gen Papyrus and HP Latex roll-to-roll machines — eco-friendly prints that are ready to use immediately.

Mounting / laminating

Mounting prints onto cardboard, foamex or PVC.

Reinforcing standees, cut-outs, counter displays and oversized decorations on industrial mounting machines.

Die cutting

4 mechanical + 2 digital die cutters for custom shapes.

Cutting to any contour — boxes, leaflet holders, cards and custom-shaped marketing tools.

Plotter cutting

Precise contour cutting of self-adhesive vinyl and decor.

Window stickers, vehicle graphics and floor decals — accurate contour cutting on a plotter.
