3. Data processing activities
3.1. Quote requests
When you complete the quote request form on our website, we process the following data: your name, company name and tax number (when requesting a quote as a company), email address, telephone number, requested completion deadline, any comments you provide, the selected products and quantities, your preferred response language, and any uploaded files (PDF or image files, up to 5 files and no more than 25 MB per file).
Purpose: preparing a quotation, communicating with you about your enquiry and, where requested, preparing your order.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Retention period: if the quote request does not result in an order, we retain the data for 1 year from the date of the enquiry and then delete it. If an order is placed and invoiced, data connected with accounting records must be retained for 8 years under Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
Recipients: our colleagues who process quote requests and our technical service providers (see section 4).
3.2. Uploaded files
If an uploaded file (for example, a photo taken with a mobile phone) depicts a person, we use the personal data shown in it solely to produce the requested printed work, in line with the purpose you specify, and do not disclose it to third parties.

We use analytics cookies through Google Analytics (GA4) only if you give your consent in the cookie settings banner; without consent, these cookies do not run. We currently do not use cookies for marketing purposes. You can change your consent at any time in the cookie settings.
